Start Your Return
Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select the reason for your return and download your pre-paid UPS shipping label, which will also be sent directly to your email address.
Pack Your Gear
Place your unworn footwear in its original box and secure it inside a shipping carton, ensuring all original tags are attached before taping the box shut.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
